a) When visiting the website

When you access this website, the following data is automatically transmitted by your browser to the server:

  • IP address
  • Date and time of request
  • Referrer URL
  • Browser type/version
  • Operating system

This data is required for the technical delivery of the website (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR).

b) Contact form / booking request

When using the contact form, the following data is collected:

  • First and last name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Optional message
  • Event details:
    • Event location address (verified via Google Maps)
    • Event date and time (start & end)
    • Guest count
    • Whether equipment is needed
    • Whether background music is desired

The processing is necessary for the preparation of an offer or for the implementation of pre-contractual measures (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR). The data is stored on Hetzner servers and processed in a closed CRM system.

5. Google Maps

This website uses Google Maps API from Google Ireland Ltd., Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland to verify event addresses and display location maps. When using the map, personal data (such as your IP address) may be transmitted to Google. The integration is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in providing a user-friendly experience).

11. Google reCAPTCHA

To secure the forms on this website, I use the “Google reCAPTCHA” service provided by Google Ireland Ltd., Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.

reCAPTCHA is used to verify whether data is entered by a natural person or by automated programs (bots). To this end, reCAPTCHA analyzes the behavior of website visitors based on various characteristics (e.g., IP address, time spent on the website, mouse movements). This data is forwarded to Google.

The use of reCAPTCHA is based on Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR. I have a legitimate interest in protecting my website from abusive automated spying and spam.

The transfer of data to the USA cannot be ruled out.
